Staff
Each Villa has a room service. At the same time the gardener and pool attendant will service the pool and garden area. If you require these services at anytime we are there for you. 

Security
All villas are equipped with electronic safes. Contact the office should you require assistance with the operating instructions. There are 4 security guards to secure the rooms and the Villas - around the clock. Please leave your room key at the office whenever you leave the villas.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning
A laundry basket is located in your bedroomroom, please place garments for laundry in the basket. The maid will pick up the laundry and it should be ready within 24 hours. It can also be completed within 12 hours, should you require.

Transport
A complimentary transfer is provided to and from the airport. Excellent Private Taxi service, English speaking Driver & Car or Car Rental is also available, please contact the office and they will be happy to assist you.

Entertainment
A wide selection of DVD's and books are available from the office. 50 Satellite Channels include: HBO, Cinemax, Star Movies, Hallmark, AXN, Animax, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Animal Planet, Discovery, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, MTV, ESPN, CNBC, CNN, BBC.

Swimming Pool and Baby Sitting
Guests are asked to always take appropriate safety measures. Parents please always insure your children are constantly supervised in the swimming pool. The office can assist you with your baby-sitting needs. Please advise us of your requirements one day in advance.

Airline Booking and Reconfirmation
We will be happy to assist you with your flight bookings, reconfirmation and other airline information. Please note that it is advisable to re-confirm all airline reservations 72 hours prior to departure. For assistance with luggage handling, please contact the office.

Office Services
Please contact the office should you require any of the following: Secretarial Service. Wake Up Call. Mail Service. Courier Service. Internet Service. Fax service. All messages will be delivered to your rooms as soon as they received. All major currencies can be exchanged.

General Services
A range of electrical adapters is available through the office. Current = 220 Volt, 50 Cycles. Should you require medical assistance, please advise the office. After office hours please contact security for their assistance

Spa And Massage
Jack's Place has a team of masseurs and treatment personnel, who can provide services ranging from full body to face and scalp massage, facials, manicure and pedicure depending on your individual requirement.

These massages and treatments are all carried out in the comfort and convenience of your own room in the villa. Via the office you can arrange times to suit your itinerary.

The alternative is to visit many of the established spas in close proximity to the Jack's Place. Most spa services and products are indigenous or native to Goa. Incorporating treatments that are both traditional and classic. Treatments vary, but most spas offer relaxing massages, rejuvenating facials, invigorating body scrubs, and stimulating wraps. Many spas also have full service salons. Our staff will assist you in your choice.

Dining out
Should you wish to dine out, the Jack's Place staff will be happy to suggest a range of excellent cuisine. The Restaurant offers a choice of many different national cuisines - with some of the most magnificent dining settings that you could ever imagine.

In-Villa Dining Services
Jack's Place provides an in-villa dining service for your convenience. Please find our Menu and Wine List in the room (provided upon arrival.) To place an order please advise the management. Lunch and dinner reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Car and Motorcycle Hire
Jack's Place can provide you, vehicles and motor bikes, if you like to tour the place. Our Pricing is reasonable and the best in the region.
